Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cooked pie pumpkin
  • 1 12 fl. oz. can evaporated milk
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Beat all ingredients in a large bowl or mixer until well combined.
  • Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 400° F for 40-60 minutes.
